Born in Juarez, Mexico, Senator Susan Rubio is the proud daughter of a former bracero worker and housekeeper. She attended East Los Angeles College and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Master’s Degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University. She lives in Baldwin Park.
